Brandon checked our vents along with our dryer to see if anything needed to be cleaned. He said all was in good working condition. He did not not charge us for services that did not need to be done. It is very nice to deal with trustworthy people. Highly recommend!!!
Brandon did routine maintenance on my AC unit. He was very courteous and professional. He did not try to sell me on additional maintenance that I did not need. If I have heating or AC problems I will call Brandon.
My AC was not working, it was extremely hot. I made a claim on my home warranty late at night. This company showed up the following morning. Brandon was extremely courteous, professional, and explained everything to me. The home warranty company only covered a part that was less than what I had originally, so Brandon drove to Home Depot and picked up the same part I had. He went above and beyond. Thank you so much!
When your AC goes out in the summer a quick response is really appreciated. They were here the very next day and repaired my AC in less than 30 minutes! I didn’t even contact them until late in the afternoon the day before! Great service! Great repairman! He called and asked if he could come about 3 hours earlier than the appointment time. Had an issue with our upstairs unit not keeping cool. One of their techs Brandon came out and walked me through what needed to be done. Couple hours later we were back working great. Great price and fast service!
